Private yoga classes allow for a deeper connection between us, and a flow that is created specifically for you. It also allows us to modify or change any poses mid-flow to accommodate your unique practice. Because of this one on one time, we can reflect on each session and what made you feel peace and strength, while learning more about each pose and the benefits of the practice overall. I am here to ensure each session provides growth and reflection opportunities.
+ WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY ONLINE PRIVATE YOGA CLASS?
It’s as simple as your body, your mat and your laptop. Starting yoga as a beginner or reacquainting with your practice will focus on establishing and revitalizing your breath, mind and body connection. I will provide guided instruction to your flow, music to fit your pace and insight into yoga as a practice.
Be sure to wear clothes that are comfortable and breathable, that will move with you. Additionally, I always encourage you to have water and a small towel. Feel free to bring any additional equipment if you have it. Accessories like blocks, cushions and straps can be useful if you need any modifications or to deepen your stretching.
